We start with a confidential 30-minute discovery call. I learn about your business, your leadership challenges, and your goals, then identify the biggest levers for growth.
Most founders arrive describing a marketing problem. About half the time it turns out to be a positioning problem, a delegation problem, or a sales-process problem wearing a marketing costume. This call exists to find out which one you actually have before anyone spends money fixing the wrong thing.
Deep-Dive Assessment
I audit your strategy, operations, and leadership gaps. You receive a clear diagnosis of what is holding you back and a prioritised action plan.
This covers your positioning and offer, where your leads actually come from today, what happens to them after they arrive, how the team is structured, and which decisions still cannot happen without you. In Gulf markets I also look at how much of your pipeline depends on personal relationships, because that number decides how much of the plan can be systematised and how much has to stay founder-led.
Strategy & Mentorship
We execute through regular sessions: strategy workshops, one-to-one mentorship, and accountability check-ins. You always know your next move.
Sessions run weekly or fortnightly, usually 60 to 90 minutes. Between them you do the work and I stay reachable for the decisions that cannot wait. This is the stage where most of the change happens, and it is also the stage where engagements fail if the work between sessions does not get done.
Scale & Optimise
As results compound, we refine systems, strengthen teams, and prepare your business for the next stage of scale, with you leading from the front.
By this point the marketing system should run without you in every meeting, and your leadership team should be deciding things rather than escalating them. The work shifts from fixing to compounding: tightening what works, documenting it so it survives staff changes, and deciding which market or product line earns the next round of investment.
Questions About Working Together
How long does a typical engagement last?
Mentorship engagements usually run three to six months, because leadership changes need time to compound before you can judge them. Consulting projects can be shorter when there is a single defined problem, such as a repositioning or a go-to-market plan.
What happens on the first call?
It is a 30-minute conversation, not a pitch. You describe where the business is stuck, I ask the questions that usually surface the real constraint, and you leave with at least one thing you can act on. If we are not a fit, I will say so on that call.
How much of my time does this take?
Expect one session a week or fortnight, usually 60 to 90 minutes, plus the work between sessions. The work between sessions is where results actually come from, so I only take clients who intend to do it.
Do you work with my existing team or agency?
Yes. I work above the execution layer, so your in-house marketer or agency usually stays and finally gets a strategy to execute against. Where a partner is genuinely underperforming, I will tell you plainly.
What if it is not working?
We review progress against the scorecard we agree in week one. If the numbers are not moving and we cannot explain why, we change the plan or we end the engagement. No open-ended retainers.
